Swetha Raj, 22 years old Indian Australian, an aerospace engineering student from Melbourne, is Raj Suri Miss India Australia 2014. Swetha Raj will be officially representing Australia in the Miss India Worldwide 2014 in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, UAE, from 15 – 20 June 2014 amongst 40 countries. There will be a week long program of site seeing, training, workshops, Bollywood celebrities as judges on the finale in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
 There are 12 finalists for Miss India Australia 2014 Talent Search. Swetha Raj gets a fully paid 7 days trip to UAE starting on 15 June 2014, airfare funded by talent mentor Raj Suri – who will further groom and train Swetha for the Worldwide stage and Bollywood. Swetha Raj will be exclusively managed by Raj Suri Global Talent and his associate office in Bollywood.   To celebrate the occasion, Swetha Raj was exclusively photographed by Raj Suri keeping the backdrop of the annual Vivid Festival in Sydney.- in the true spirit of embracing Australian and Indian cultures.
There were 12 finalists  selected from Australia wide on the basis of their talent and personality. The individual talent ranged from singing, Bollywood/classical dance, acting, monologues and public speaking.

After winning the Miss India Australia 2014, Swetha Raj also participated, as Miss India, in the Miss Asia Pacific in Seoul, South Korea, courtesy Raj Suri. Swetha was announced as the winner of that title!
